The 33-year-old forward will return to the United States to support his son’s dream of becoming a professional basketball player.

Known for his shooting ability as a big man, he averaged 5.4 points and 2.8 rebounds per game during his NBA tenure. After his stint in the NBA, Kelly continued his career overseas, including a successful period with the Fukushima Blow Winds in Japan’s top league.
